Print Information

The prints you purchase from my store are printed on a high quality Epson printer.

I only use Epson products for the prints. Meaning that your product will be printed onto a high quality official Epson printer and also using Epson ink. I do not use compatible inks on my products to ensure you get the best quality.

The minimum GSM paper used is always at least 200. Depending on stock available this may sometimes be a higher gsm but the quality will always be the same.

If you would prefer a different colour background on any item, please contact me and I will create a version of the listing in your desired colour.

All 6x4, A4 and A3 prints come with Free UK Delivery as standard.

Once your order is in, please allow a production window of 1-2 days whilst I print, package and post your order. 1-2 days is the timeframe I work to but I will always try to do this faster. I do also offer an express delivery option if you would like to have quicker processing and enhanced postage.

Accessories

Accessories fulfilled by Gelato on my behalf will come with standard delivery charges in accordance to the item you purchase.

Accessories such as Phone Cases, Tote Bags are produced on my behalf by my external supplier. Please allow an extended production window for these items of around 5-10 days.

Delivery Information

Prints are shipped in hardback envelopes for 6x4 and A4 prints.

A3 prints are sent in a postage tube. This is to ensure the prints you purchase arrive in the quality condition they leave me in.

If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact me as soon as possible.

As all items are made and printed to order, therefore I don’t accept returns or exchanges.

I don’t anticipate there will be any issues with your order and the products you receive. However, if there is please contact me as soon as possible on my sites contact form so that I can provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

I recommend that upon receiving my products they are framed as soon as possible. They look best when they are framed and it protects the print in the long term too.

All my products are sent unframed.

Any images used on these listings that show frames or anything similar are used for illustrative purposes only.

Please also note, the actual colours may vary slightly. This can be caused by differences in the monitor the print is viewed on.
